Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Holistic Outpost. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, exchanges, and returns are

30-Day Customer Guarantee 

If you're not satisfied with the results after using a product for 30 days, you may request a refund, credit, or exchange (minus original shipping fees). To qualify, you must return the used or empty product containers within 30 days of the first purchase of the product. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange 

1. Contact Holistic Outpost or Partner.Co's Partner Support to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

2. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package. 

3. Ship your return to the Partner.Co Canada Return Center.

Conditions and Eligibility 

• Products must be returned in resalable condition (unless opened as part of first-time use). 

• Refunds are only available within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise specified. 

• Products received after 30 days but within 180 days may receive a 90% refund or credit (less original shipping fees). 

• Products returned after 181 days are not eligible for refund unless the Brand Partner is cancelling their agreement. 

• Original product containers are required for refund processing. 

• Brand Partners are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a Partner.Co error. 

• Commissions earned on refunded products may be reversed. 

• Refunds may be refused for quantities exceeding a reasonable monthly usage (typically 100PV) or excessive returns (over $250 within 6 months). 

Promotional & Specialty Products 

Certain promotional or specialty items may have more restrictive return policies. Please contact Partner Support for eligibility confirmation prior to return.
